Tailored Support
We offer direct access to therapists, support with transitioning to adulthood, and Life Story Work to build identity. Our homes include sensory-friendly spaces, one-to-one mentoring, emotional regulation strategies, and access to education, social activities, and meaningful opportunities. We welcome feedback from our young people and wider partners.
Creating a Real Home
Our homes are warm, welcoming, and genuinely homely. Young people help personalise their space, creating environments that reflect their identity. We nurture a safe, empowering home culture with laughter, celebration, and consistent routines. Our support covers a range of needs, including learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties, autism, PDA, and SEMH.
